Financial Services Administrator (part-time)

£18,000 - £24,000 (FTE) - plus benefits

IFA Administrator required by a small financial services firm based in Edinburgh. Due to continued growth, they now require an administrator to join their team on a part time basis

You will work across the full range of wealth management products and be responsible for

managing the 'Letter of Authority' process, valuations, chasing providers for outstanding documentation, processing new business, liaising with clients, booking client review meetings, preparation for client meetings, compliance, and data base management.


  • Previous experience within financial services
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Experience of using Excel and Word
