Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain complex LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose problems and identify root causes
Configure and maintain firewalls and network security devices
Provide L3 support to resolve escalated network issues
Monitor network performance and provide performance reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Participate in the design and implementation of network solutions
Develop and maintain network documentation
Perform network capacity planning and analysis
Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
At least 5 years of experience in network engineering
Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless and firewall technologies
In-depth understanding of routing and switching protocols
Experience with network security technologies such as VPN, IDS/IPS, and ACLs
Experience with network monitoring and performance tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
