£40,000 (£60,000 OTE plus car allowance)

Job Specification for Business Development Manager:

Key Duties for Business Development Manager:

  • Prepare sales campaigns and implement them to generate revenue.
  • Attend shows and exhibitions to build relationships and gain key contacts.
  • Account managing clients to ensure retention and sustain revenue.
  • Prospect and grow business and contacts within sectors through sales calls and using LinkedIn as a tool to network.
  • Project managing and consulting clients accordingly with projects of a value from £35,000 £1 million.
  • Building a solution for clients using creative studios to fit needs and expectations.
  • Relationship building with highend clients.

Key Skills and Attributes for Business Development Manager:

  • Tenacious and Resilience is key in this role
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships to a high standard
  • Driving License is required for this role and ability to travel globally
  • Experience within a marketing, exhibition or events role is required
  • Sales experience within similar industry required.


Office hours are 8:30-5:30pm, there will be some out of hours and weekend working required due to nature of the business.

Commission (which is uncapped) is paid on an annual basis in December of each year with financial year running from October

  • September.
Company runs a profit share scheme based on performance and companies' financial profitability. Holiday entitlement is 24 days plus bank holidays.
