Description and requirements:
Our Customers & Markets team are leading and driving the delivery of our customer experience transformation programme, collaborating across the BU to determine customer needs and design the customer experiences that will support our financial aspirations and help us to become the #1 respected construction company in the UK.
The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day support to the Customer Experience team, managing the diaries for the Head of Customer Experience and Account Directors as required.
You Will:
- Organise and maintain the diary for the Head of Customer Experience
- Be responsible for Internal and external meeting scheduling for Account Directors as required
- Monitor tender portals for notifications of new opportunities and retenders of existing contracts
- Raise POs, coordinating with finance to manage invoicing and monitoring expenditure against agreed budget
- Support the OU's and Central Marketing/comms team to coordinate attendance at events such as conference, exhibitions and awards dinners
- Have responsibility for the management of Skanska's registrations with various industry bodies
- Provide on the day support for events and implement backup plans when necessary
We're Looking For:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager/Personal Assistant/Project coordinator reporting directly to senior management
- Advanced Office365 skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Proven organisational and project management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder skills must be able to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent communications written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise, organise, multitask and escalate when necessary
- Ability to travel regularly between our Watford and London office.
