    Job Description:

    Parkside Recruitment are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Engineer. As a BMS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting building management systems (BMS) in various commercial and industrial facilities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Designing and configuring BMS systems to meet client's specific building requirements.
    • Installing and commissioning BMS hardware components, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and network equipment.
    • Programming BMS software to optimise building system performance and energy efficiency.
    • Conducting thorough testing and commissioning of BMS systems to ensure functionality.
    • Providing training to building operators and maintenance staff on BMS interface usage.
    • Performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades for optimal performance.
    • Troubleshooting and diagnosing BMS component and system issues, implementing timely solutions.
    • Collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to integrate BMS systems seamlessly with other building systems.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
    • Previous experience working with building management systems (BMS) is preferred.
    • Strong technical skills in programming and configuring BMS software and hardware.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
    • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to building management systems.
