WiseUp Team Building are looking to add to our team of activity instructors to assist in the delivery of our team building days at schools across the UK.

WiseUp Team Building are an outreach service based in Kent and offer a variety of activities to schools including team building and problem solving, bushcraft and archery activities.

We require staff that are flexible, hard working and have a passion for working with young people.

You will be required to:

Deliver our activities to our clients.
Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Be proactive in the day to day running of our outreach days, including the set up and pack down of equipment and assisting with group management.

We are looking for people who are confident, friendly, work well in a team and want to be involved in an active industry.

Previous outdoor activity experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be given.

Occasional overnight stays in high standard hotels are part of the job, however not all instructors will be required to travel to these events.

Be energetic and enthusiastic about instructing and have a passion for outdoor work.
Be able to work independently or as part of a successful team.
Have a flexible approach to working hours.

Hours of work are based upon bookings and are on a casual basis. Work will involve travelling and some overnight stays.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 2 months

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary:
£85.00-£100.00 per day
