    Our client, a leading internationalmanufacturer, is currently recruiting for a Production ProcessOperator to join their growing Production Team on a permanentcontract.


    As an active member of theProduction team, you will assist in the smooth running of all areasof the production process in an efficient, safe, and cost-effectiveway.


    Duties include:

    • To liaisewith your production team colleagues to be available whererequired.
    • Use the process control computers to monitorand problemsolve the operation.
    • Liaising with theproduction team concerning the production plan.
    • Reporting and liaising with the production team leader in respectof production operations, problems,
    efficiencies, andsafety.

    • Be actively involved with informative shifthandovers with your colleagues to ensure issuesare
    communicated and understood.

    • In the eventof machine failure use process knowledge, skill, and documentedprocedures to ensure
    work is carried out in a safe andcontrolled manner.

    • During maintenance, breakdowns, orblockages, assisting maintenance personnel in workingtowards
    getting plant and machinery back into operationas quickly and safely as possible.


    What we arelooking for:

    • Process control DCS, Siemens, orsimilar.
    • Fault finding and problem solving.
    • Supporting a fast paced production/manufacturing plant.
    • Basic Lean manufacturing quality controls
    • Workplaceorganisation.
    • Knowledge of Process controls
    • Know how a simple control loop works
