As the
Business Partnering and Special Projects Lead (BPSPL), you will hold an exciting position at the heart of the Customer Experience team, working to the Lead Product Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Human Centred Design.

The role is in a unique position to lead on bringing the best of our delivery squad capabilities and human centred design expertise to the rest of the organisation.

Working with the customer experience leadership team, the BPSPL will be responsible for identifying key business relationships and working with stakeholders to develop tangible projects for the Customer Experience Division.

You will identify forums across the agency in which to represent the CX division.

The BPSPL will define and shape their own outputs based on the Customer Experience Strategy and based on their involvement in these forums.

This will include identifying opportunities for the organisation to adopt a customer-centred approach and developing scope of works for projects to be delivered by the CX Division.

The BPSPL will work collaboratively across the CX Division to prioritise projects they have developed and ensure the right expertise is applied.

Some projects will be owned and delivered by the BPSPL, drawing on broader expertise where needed.

The BPSPL will be expected to take ownership and drive a range of projects and initiatives, working with broad stakeholders across the division and across the agency to define and deliver impactful outputs.
