Position: CRM Specialist

Location: Accrington, Hybrid

Salary: £37,000 DOE

I am currently working with a dynamic and forward-thinking business in Accrington who are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join the team.

The ideal candidate will drive lead-generation activities across digital and direct channels. You will manage campaigns that generate leads through data-driven approaches. You will be working very closely with the sales team to ensure conversion.

You will work closely with the stakeholders, presenting them with findings and analysing data that will allow you to improve performance across various channels such as email, social media and content marketing.

Your day to day will focus on lead generation and management, collaborating with the sales team, managing budgets as well as managing various marketing channels and reporting.

So what are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

CRM Experience - HubSpot or Salesforce is a bonus but any CRM experience is welcome

Advertising Platforms - Google AdWords to optimise PPC campaigns

SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media Management

If you have previous experience with Automation and SMS campaigns you are 2 steps ahead
