Job Title=Public Law Lawyer

Location = London, Leeds, or Bristol

Duration= 6 months from SD with a 3-month review period

IR35 Status:
Inside

Minimum eligibility criteria:

Qualities:

- general public law and good decision making by public bodies
- human rights
- judicial review
- data protection and information law
- the basics of EU law
- immigration law
- social security law, including statutory appeals related to welfare benefits
- for one of our team's knowledge areas of the legal issues surrounding delivery of Housing Benefit and the Housing Costs Element of Universal Credit would be desirable.
