- Support projects and process improvement initiatives that will drive cost and time efficiencies, utilizing new technology, where appropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support the Claims Projects and Process Lead in gathering requirements, mapping and documenting business processes and defining clear objectives for process enhancements
- An interest in analysing and evaluating data to drive business insights
- Proven experience within an Insurance organisation is desirable
- Experience in a Lloyd's Managing Agent is preferred
- Experience in a Claims team or on Claims projects is preferred.
- A strong attention to detail and an interest and desire to work with data
