Hoop HR are so excited to have partnered with a highly reputable organisation, located in Mid Glamorgan.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join the close-knit team on an 18-month FTC basis, offering a starting salary of £28,000per annum.

This is an extremely varied and busy role, perfect for an individual who likes to work at pace, as well as working for a forward thinking and commercial employer.


Duties include but not limited to:

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR best practice
  • Provide first class support during grievance and disciplinary hearings
  • Support HR department implement, improve, and streamline current/new processes
  • Maintain and update HRIS system
  • Produce relevant MI reports
  • Delivering training around policies and procedures
  • Update employees on current legislation and employment law.
