    Within our Capital Design and Delivery department, we are looking for a Programme Admin to join Emerging Tech team based in Coventry.

    EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

    As a Programme Admin working in our Capital Design & Delivery Capability Team, you will support the Emerging Tech Lead in working across the portfolio of Emerging Tech solutions to bring new offerings to the business and integrate them into the Capital Business' ways of working.

    You'll work with external partners, ranging from large market leading software companies through to high-growth tech startups, to develop the messaging around our partnerships and create plans on how we will communicate this change to users and the wider business. You will explore roadshows, lunch and learns, newsletters and other forms of content to engage, communicate and inspire key stakeholders on the exciting work we are doing within Emerging Tech.

    In this role you'll be responsible for creating communication and engagement plans, and continually iterating as we uncover new learnings. You will produce reports for the Emerging Tech Lead ahead of internal meetings, keep team members up to date with communications, coordinate deadlines and reporting requirements and drive team-level initiates and projects.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

    You`ll have experience of producing impactful marketing campaigns to communicate new offerings or thinking to users or stakeholders, as well as experience of working within a team environment. You will be well organised and have meticulous attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
