    As a Business Development representative, you'll drive AbsoluteLabs growth by generating and qualifying high-quality leads for our Sales team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients through outbound cold-calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to set up qualified meetings for our sales team.

    You will also be responsible for managing all operations related to sales & partnerships which will include updating salesforce CRM, supporting for meetings, updating & maintaining client details, etc.

    You will be responsible for generating qualified leads across various platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, while also building and managing strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.

    Proficient with Salesforce, Office 365, LinkedIn & Prospecting tools.
    Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Retail Technologies, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport & Hospitality and working within the Salesforce Ecosystem.
    Generate qualified leads through effective social media outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
    Implement account management best practices to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
    Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Content, alliances) to achieve shared goals.
    Encompassing the meticulous upkeep of the Salesforce CRM.

    Serve as the face of AbsoluteLabs, making the first impression on potential clients to ensure a positive representation of our brand.

    Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
    2-4 years of Business Development/Inside Sales experience in an IT Services/Software environment.
