    Description

    Multi-Skilled Engineer*Responsibilities:


    • Effectively carry out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance of the plant.
    • Efficiently diagnose and correct electrical and mechanical faults.
    • Install and commission all new and repaired machinery and equipment.
    • Assist manufacturing with machinery adjustments, changeovers, and setup.
    • Improve machine performance, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manage and support engineering contractors on site.
    • Mentor apprentices.
    Qualifications:



    • Level 3 NVQ Electrical/ Mechanical Qualification.
    • Competency in isolation, electrical safety, and safe panel entry.
    • Experience in FMCG operations (desirable).
    • Welding Experience (not essential).
    • PC Literate (familiar with computer based maintenance systems).
    • Ability to strip and reassemble machines, complete machine size change procedures and adjustments.
