Monday-Friday - Full-time

A leading engineering firm based in Bristol is hiring a Sales Administrator to join their mechanical and electrical services team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with an engineering or technical background.


Responsibilities:


  • Updating assets & ensuring services are setup as assets
  • Completing Jobs and Raising next Service Job
  • Sending service sheets to customers
  • Updating customer portals
  • Updating Job information and activity on EMiR
  • Ensuring RAMS are amended and sent out to Clients and EMIR updated
  • Managing Van Stock & Replenishing
  • Managing Consumer Stock & Replenishing
  • Managing engineers Tool List and updating with new equipment
  • Checking Van Tool list is updated and six monthlychecks
  • PPE for all engineersregular inspection
  • Taking Meeting Minutes in Engineers Meeting and ensuring updated and actioned
  • Raising Meeting Agenda for Engineers Meeting
  • Supporting Head of M & E as and when needed
  • Dealing with customer telephone enquiries
  • Updating Customers on Breakdown Attendance
  • Liaise with Engineers on attending and Schedule Jobs
  • Continual Improvement activity
  • Producing Chlorination reports
