Description

The Trust Central Complaints Department is looking for a self-motivated, well organised Complaints Assistant who will report directly to the Complaints Manager and in addition provide some administration assistance to the team of Complaints Case Managers.


You will be able to work on your own initiative, have good communication skills, demonstrate high level IT experience, good keyboard skills, and be competent in a number of computer packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience of DATIX, EDMS, Medway and MS Teams would be an advantage.
