Reporting to the Director of New Homes and Corporate Landlord, the Assistant Director Capital Delivery will be responsible for driving forward the Corporate Landlord £150M capital works and revenue programmes, as part of the Council's regeneration programme.

You will have a substantial track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver capital projects and programmes, in a diverse, inner city environment.

You will be a politically astute and commercially minded individual, with a track record of working in partnership with external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The Assistant Director Capital Delivery needs to possess corporate membership and appropriate and relevant professional qualifications, of an appropriate built environment body.

The salary on offer for the Assistant Director Capital Delivery ranges from £82,014 to £99,369.
