    We are currently partnering with a high growth boutique consulting firm who are looking for a OD Principal Consultant.

    Our client delivers strategy, organisational design and culture change services to a range of high-profile organisations and, as a result of their success, are expanding quickly.

    This role represents an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to move into an entrepreneurial consulting business, during an exciting period of growth. As a result of the organisations' success, there is also an opportunity for this individual to accelerate their career, through working directly with the Founders/Partners and owning client relationships.

    Key role Information:

    • The role is hybrid, based between home and Central London
    • Perfect for someone who thrives leading work and developing teams in fast-paced environment
    • Opportunity to grow as a leader, with a hand creating a dynamic high growth consultancy
    • Depth of of expertise required in Organisation Design and Transformation, which is our client's core offering

    Your average week will usually involve:

    • Building trusting client relationships, by bringing your insight and experience to bear
    • Running client 'discovery' processes, involving in-depth interviews and data analysis
    • Synthesising information gathered from clients and translating your understanding into a powerful narrative built around insightful themes and tangible recommendations.
    • Creating simple approaches and interventions to help our clients make sense of complexity
    • Working in partnership with others to design and facilitate high-impact workshops with client teams
    • Supporting the development of client proposals, including the shaping of project outcomes and delivery approaches
    • Participating in internal initiatives that contribute to a thriving workplace
    • Living the company values and building healthy relationships with the team
