Commercial/Bridging/Development Case Manager - Fully remote
Job type:
Permanent _(6 months' probation period)_
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
Salary:
£24,000 to £28,000 + Commission _(of up to 10% of earnings)_ after the completion of the probation period

The Opportunity
- Our client are growing and have an excellent opportunity for individuals_experienced in the financial services industry. We are a B2B business that relies on building strong relationships with our mortgage brokers. _
_Unlike other Commercial & Bridging Specialist Mortgage companies, they provide the leads and no canvassing is expected._
Duties Include:
- Completion of Commercial, Bridging and Development Mortgage processing.
- Land Registry and Credit checking.
- Researching and Instructing Valuations.
- Keeping up to date with product and criteria.
- Checking supporting documents within money laundering and financial crime guidelines.
- An analytical approach to work.
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
- Managing workflows and day to day diary management.
Essential:
- Ability to hit deadlines
- Ability to use initiative.
- Ability to hit work well in a team.
- Experience in this role or a similar one
Desirable:
- CeMap or Equivalent
Reporting:
The role will report directly to the Broker Support Manager.
