• Thisbusy role will be telephone basedtaking inbound and making outbound calls throughout the day inrelation to a portfolio of customer accounts you are responsiblefor
• You will demonstrate the ability tounderstand a customers financial situationunderstand the complexity of financeagreements and makesound decisions to ensure a good customeroutcome
• Be a greatcommunicator with our customers explaining thingssuch as payment plans that you havecalculated withthem
