Description
To provide a full range of administrative and secretarial services to the Team/Department in support of the effective delivery of services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.- To support the Management Team through the processing and transmitting of
- To attend, record and produce formal minutes of meetings as required.
- Audio/copy-type letters, reports, general correspondence and related clerical work.
- Set up and co-ordinate meetings/courses for the Team/Department.
- Prepare necessary papers and information in readiness for attendance at meetings.
- Prepare statistical information and presentations using different software packages
- Maintain training records.
- Assist with the collation of audit data.
