Background
The Professional Squash Association (
PSA) is the governing body responsible for the administration of both men's and women's professional squash around the world.
With close to 1,400 registered players and more than 200 tournaments taking place around the globe every year, the PSA World Tour and PSA Challenger Tour showcase the sport of squash at its highest level in some of the most unique and stunning locations worldwide.
To accelerate the growth of the professional game, the PSA has set up a subsidiary, Squash Media & Marketing (
SMM), which is responsible for all commercial, marketing and media-related matters in relation to the PSA World Tour and PSA Challenger Tour.
SMM is currently going through an ambitious growth phase, following a recent investment from American sports entrepreneur Mark Walter, and creating high quality digital products and experiences is a key value driver in its business strategy.
Job Purpose:
To support the digital team with product management and development, ensuring PSA digital properties are kept up to date and continually improved.

SQUASHTV Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Digital Product Assistant include:
Support the product manager in their efforts of reaching product KPIS, laid out in the business objectives
Direct responsibility for updating the PSA & SQUASHTV websites and apps in conjunction with the Product Manager.
Ensure quality and accuracy of content across all platforms, and usability on all devices through UAT Testing, and Bug Fixing in conjunction with the Website Developers
Take ownership of content delivery in conjunction with the Product Manager, to third party stakeholders
Monitor website data and performance, aiming to continually improve the user experience.
Manage customer service channels as they relate to the SQUASHTV website and app, including evening and weekend work as required.
Maintain an overview of all PSA digital propositions and develop standards and processes to ensure quality, stability and usability for all relevant stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrable experience and understanding, of managing digital products
Experience working with websites, apps and customer journeys.
Analytical and Problem Solving skills, to identify and find solution to problems
Experienced in using Microsoft excel for data entry, tracking, and analysis
Good communication skills for working collaboratively with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
Interest in squash and sports
Degree or equivalent experience in Sports or Business related fields.
The role will be based out of the PSA head office in The Calls area of Leeds City Centre. Occasional travel may be required for meetings.
