The Construction Director who secures this position will be responsible for monitoring work on high end residential builds ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget, to the standard expected for our client.
The most suitable candidate will come from a developer or contractor background and will be seeking the next step within their career.
Construction Director Position Remuneration
Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 DOE

Construction Director Position Overview
Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project
Delegating work to senior colleagues and the team
Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff
Regularly review timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales
Reporting to the Managing Director

Must have worked in the Housebuilding industry
Based within commuting distance of the Stevenage area
