    Description


    The purpose of the Registered Nurse is to be responsible and accountable for the clinical care and well-being of residents, by delivering holistic, evidence-based, and person-centred treatment/care.

    This is a professional role practicing within the guidance and legal framework of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations, fundamental standards of quality and safety and NMC's Code and revalidation requirements.

    The role provides duty officer cover, including out of hours.

    Hours: 37.5 per week, full time hours.


    Pay:
    £21.91 basic per hour.

    The role

    At St Monica Trust, Nurses hold a lot of responsibility and have the authority to make important care decisions.

    You'll be taking the lead and caring for residents in a relaxing, homely environment for a much longer time than you would get the chance to in other settings.


    You'll also be responsible for administering medicine, treating any wounds, advising on illness or injuries, making referrals to multi-disciplinary teams and preparing for GP visits.
