- Whilst experience in Insurance Brokering is advantageous, a sales or business development background would also be considered.
- You should be keen to demonstrate your analytical skills, have meticulous attention to detail and be confident in your judgement and decision-making.
- In your Executive role you will be leading by example and become a referral point for assistants.
- You will exceed sales targets and ensure client retention by communicating and negotiating with clients over the phone and via e-mail.
- Deliver exceptional customer services throughout the client's journey with you.
- Understand all processes and procedures to allow you to present all relevant information to the client, allowing them to make informed decisions.
- Ensure telephone calls and e-mails are answered in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Cert CII Qualification is desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages.
- Positive attitude with the ability to self-motivate.
- Articulate & Numerate.
- Honesty, integrity, reputation, competence, and financial soundness as required under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Guernsey Financial Service Commission (GFSC)
