- Cold/warm calling existing customers, arranging meetings for the business development manager, and follow call after meetings
- Quote chasing support
- Dealing with daily requests regarding quote calls, queries and general customer service advisory calls
- Creating specific quotations using CRM system SAP
- Achievement of custoner service KPI's
- Keeping up to date with all product knowledge
- All other related tasks as required
- Must be positive,out-going and enthusiastic
- Enjoy working as part of a lively team
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good level of IT literacy

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our Luton based client.
Working as part of a lively Customer Service Team, you will be providing customer service support to internal and external customers.

Salary: £23.900 pa rising to £25,500 pa after successful 6 month probation + excellent benefits package
