- Play a key role in implementing and delivering the CRM strategy across a portfolio of brands.
- Support the CRM Manager with the scheduling, testing plan and execution of all CRM activities on a portfolio of brands.
- Brief and manage data requests – including customer segmentation as well as extracting data where necessary.
- Own and manage the email templates including updating and testing the creative.
- Use Google Analytics and internal reporting dashboards to ensure all email activity is continuously measured and optimized against KPIs, establishing benchmarks, and making recommendations for future tests.
- Previous Marketing experience and understanding.
- Experience working with an email marketing tool such Responsys and building emails using HTML code (essential)
- Demonstrable experience managing email campaigns (essential)
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on campaign results, providing recommendations to improve future performance (essential)
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Great planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work streams to strict deadlines.
- A positive self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Flexible and comfortable working in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Confident using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal, communication skills
- Working knowledge of GDPR
