Then look no further We're looking for a talented, data oriented sales account administrator to join our growing team of talented sales people and account managers.
ClearCourse Membership Services is new force in the Membership and Not for Profit sector, combing the strengths and capabilities of well-known providers including Felinesoft, Silverbear and Trillium.

What you will be doing:
Working closely with the sales, delivery and finance teams, you will be responsible for managing our customer recurring and project billing.
Liaising with account managers, project managers, customers, suppliers and finance controllers you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers get the most from their investment with us while protecting a vital revenue stream for the business.
Day to day, you will report into the Commercial Operations Manager who will provide guidance on the systems and processes used.
You will be expected to look for improvements and efficiencies to support our growing business and a critical revenue stream.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customerfocused mindset.
- Experience in customer service or sales support, with a track record of resolving customer inquiries and issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and make recommendations to support sales growth.
Desired skills & experience:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Proven success in driving customer retention and growth through relationship building and account management.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer needs and challenges.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
