    We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lingerie Garment Technologist to join our Technical team in our Market Road, London, Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

    The Senior Lingerie Garment Technologist will be responsible for all aspects of garment technology, from working on the initial Design Sample, through to final sign off of the Production sealer, always ensuring this process is managed and carried out within the specified timeline schedule.

    As a Senior Lingerie Garment Technologist you will have a keen eye for detail to ensure that the look, design & quality of the product meets the high standards of the brand.

    As a Senior Lingerie Garment Technologist, you will:

    Fitting Management

    • Technically develop and manage lingerie RTW and corsetry fit development to the Agent Provocateur standards.
    • To work with the Creative Director and Design Team, fitting product from the initial concept fit stage, relaying feedback to supply base ensuring the original design brief is retained.
    • Risk assessments – review and collaborate with relevant teams to minimise any risk that may occur through the development process, to ensure high quality products are delivered effectively and ethically.
    • Management of fit execution - communicate clear and precise fitting comments.
    • Technically facilitate and support special projects within the business.

    On time delivery management

    • To ensure products are fit approved, achieving key CP dates.
    • To work collaboratively with the production team on CP management and planning to ensure technical deadlines and secure 'on time' delivery.
    • Effective communication with the Agent Provocateur supply base for updates on samples, spec execution and submissions.
    • To ensure all supplier email correspondence is dealt with within a timely manner.
    • International travel to the supply base.

    Quality & AQL Management

    • Drive consistency in fit and quality through product development/approval processes.
    • Facilitate the sharing of good technical practice throughout the team to ensure productivity.
    • Assure products are safe and legal to international and in-house standards.
