_Petrofac is seeking a Repair Order Management - __Contractor for 12 months based in Aberdeen, UK._**
_ The role is outside IR35 and we invite Limited Companies to engage._

Scope of Services:


  • Functional oversight of Repair Order function including people, process & systems.
  • Act as focal point for all workscopes - maintain central database of all won/lost scopes
  • Ensure cohesion between Repair Order team, delivery focal points, engineering support functions, Project Engineers, Delivery Team Leader, Engineering Manager, Construction, Commercial and Planning
  • Promote use of Repair Order approach in conjunction with engineering and project delivery team
  • Engagement across Petrofac Asset Solutions business i.e. O&M, duty holder, decommissioning, Gt Yarmouth, East Irish Sea and Internationally to maximise existing contracts
  • Responsible for regular health checks, performance reviews and maintenance of opportunity register
  • Issue monthly performance report to leadership team detailing key aspects of delivery
  • Drive implementation of digital enhancements into Repair Order delivery
  • Ensure an effective risk management process is adopted
  • Ensure as far as possible all assigned work is carried out in compliance within agreed budget and schedule
  • Participate as necessary in discussions with client and visit jobsites when necessary, including offshore
  • In conjunction with piping and structural HODs ensure that RO's are correctly categorised to ensure the appropriate level of engineering input & approval. Ensure that where RO's are not true RO's or develop beyond RO's, engineering is involved
  • Maintain high standards of technical delivery quality
  • Ensure that the work output complies with relevant procedures
  • Keep up to date with technical developments, national and international standards and legislative requirements related to the scope of the discipline assigned team members, including assisting in the training and technical development of engineers
