Key Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle management for a major Transformation programme, aligned to one of SCC's flagship customers.
- Facilitating the Agile Scrum process and ensuring that the team is following Agile principles and processes.
- Work with leads to identify and define deliverables (user stories) and milestones
- Creation and maintenance of sprintbased delivery plans for software engineering led initiatives, tracking time, effort, costs, risks & issues
- Providing appropriate reporting to software engineering management and senior management
- Organisation and planning of the team.
- Leading ceremonies including daily standup meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure that the work is being delivered to a highquality standard
Key Skills / Requirements
- Passion for Agile processes and methodologies
- Excellent project management skills and experience
- Open Minded, Positive, Creative, and Collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Have a broad knowledge of technology and software development as will often liaise with colleagues across Security, Applications, and Infrastructure.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
