_One of the top UK Accountancy Firms based in London is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join its team._


The role:

Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, with a global presence in the market. They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the growing Recruitment and Resourcing team within their London office.


As the Recruitment Manager you will oversee the whole recruitment team ensuring delivery of an organised and inclusive recruitment offering to the business.

You will support and develop the recruitment team and take responsibility for key recruitment projects.


As Recruitment Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the recruitment operation within the team.
  • Endtoend delivery of experienced hire recruitment.
  • Delivery of key strategic recruitment projects.
  • Responsible for developing job specifications.
  • Create engaging recruitment material to post on social media channels.
  • Oversee the PSL relationship with support from the Recruitment Advisor/Coordinator.
  • Attend and lead interviews and manage post interview feedback.
  • Any other R&R duties


This role will suit you if you're a people-focused Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally recruiting within professional services.

You will be an expert resourcer and LinkedIn user, with the ability to work on various vacanciesat all levels.

As Recruitment Manager you will have:
