Our client, well-established Infrastructure Private Equity fund is looking to hire Associate to join their Investment Team in London.

Skills & Experience:

• Desired qualifications include 3-4 years of experience in investment analysis, preferably obtained from: ‒ a prominent buy-side asset manager specializing in real assets or mid-market private equity; and/or ‒ a leading investment bank with expertise in Infrastructure/Real Assets, TMT, or other lower/mid-market sectors;
• Strong academic background, ideally with a focus on engineering, finance, or mathematics;
• Demonstrated capability in managing significant portions or entire investment deals;
• Proficiency in conducting thorough analysis across various deal structures;
• Track record of adding value to investment transactions;

Responsibilities:

• Develop industry research and marketing materials aimed at securing projects and bolstering the company's presence in private equity markets.
• Assist in and take charge of the execution of deals, as well as fundraising activities within the private equity sphere.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, build models, and offer strategic guidance to clients and senior colleagues in the private equity domain.
