This is an exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources Priory Hospital Roehampton.


We are seeking an experienced HR admin to join our Co-Ordinator role, to provide efficient, professional and effective administrative support within a Priory unit ensuring the Company's human resources policies and procedures are used appropriately in relation to the employment of staff at the unit.

Key Accountabilities

  • Not Limited to:


Engagement and retention - improve engagement scores by being a key support to site leadership team on agreed site action plan.

Ensure leaving reasons for all site leavers are accurately captured and exit interviews carried out. Any apparent trends are discussed and raised with SMT and Regional HR Business Partner to support retention strategies.

Absence management - Ensure all colleagues are aware of the absence reporting procedure and failure to adhere is addressed. Monitor, with the site managers and leader's absence levels and support the implementation of the absence policy. Ensure the local RIDDORS or incidents involving colleagues are managed appropriately; updating the regional HR team.

Talent Mapping and Succession Planning - Supports the managers by logging talent and recognizing future careers for the staff. Setting up a 5 year plan to ensure our staff have a career path

HR administration Support - Supporting the HR admins in paperwork, including keeping HR files up to date, contract changes, new starter and leaver forms, minute taking, scanning of Right to Work and DBS Documents

Your Say Forum - Hosting monthly YSF to discuss site issues or concerns with the staff, take notes, feed back to SMT and to the regional YSF meeting

Meeting Attendance - Joining important meetings to discuss HR related queries and give updates on HR success

Staff Wellbeing - Focus on staff wellbeing by creating wellbeing incentives, staff event days, awards nights / employee of the month awards

Payroll Cover - Covering payroll when admin is on leave

Team Leader - Lead the HR team on projects to ensure smoother processes. Ensure the team are supported through training, supervisions, keeping the team updated on hospital updates and ongoing projects.
