Known for their innovative products, our partner's goal is to provide cutting-edge Healthcare Automation solutions that streamline processes, enhance patient care, reduce expenses, ensure precision, and optionally standardize operations without disrupting existing workflows. They are seeking a talented Graduate to join the sales team in Northwest London.

    About the Role:

    We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our partner's team. This role is ideal for an ambitious graduate looking to kick start their career in sales. Your responsibilities would include delivering compelling product demos and collaborating with the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, market research, and client management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct product demos for potential clients.
    • Assist with business development activities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in Sales. (internship, work experience etc.)
    • Strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to the team.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Strong organisation and project management skills.
