    HSE Advisor, SOCOTEC UK LTD. Location: Coventry / Hybrid

    To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Infrastructure division. Were looking for an HSE Advisor to lead the number one priority in everything we do - Safety. Be it personal, physical, mental, site or environmental. Reporting into the Infrastructure HSE Manager and working with the teams both in the offices (spread across multiple UK offices), labs and sites to drive the safety culture. Reviewing safety documentation (e.g. RAMS) and leading Risk Management processes. The role is focused on the Materials Testing Business Unit within the Infrastructure Division which has a number of fixed and site labs alongside a large team of site technicians.

    To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate competencies or attributes such as:

    • Relevant HSE experience in a relevant industry (ideally the materials testing, construction or civil)
    • A passion for safety and driving safety culture at all levels of the business
    • NEBOSH Certificate (NGC or NCC)
    • Experience of Internal and External HSE Policies and audits (including 9001, 18001 or 45001)
    • Experience of leading HSE incident investigation and internal / external reporting
