    As an Apprenticeship Tutor, your role is to design, support, and deliver superior, personalised learning experiences in both online and face-to-face settings.

    Your mission will be to empower learners to achieve their maximum potential through transformative education that champions equality, diversity, and inclusion.


    Provide exceptional teaching and learning both remotely and in-person (approximately 20% face-to-face, mainly in the London area), tailored to individual learner needs in alignment with the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.


    Assist learners in enhancing their maths and English capabilities, offering effective instruction, mentoring, and direction to specialised support based on individual requirements.

    Conduct Functional Skills education and support tailored to learner needs.

    Guarantee that off-the-job teaching, training, and learning are aligned with individual learner needs.

    Implement training workshops as necessary, ensuring employer, apprentice, and stakeholder feedback informs planning and continuous improvement.

    Prepare learners for endpoint assessments in accordance with curriculum requirements, ensuring compliance with Ofqual, awarding bodies, and Ofsted standards.

    Participate in standardisation activities and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and teaching practices.

    Deep commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

    • Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, with robust IT skills.
    • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching, with a strong foundation in building professional relationships.
    • Willingness to travel within the London area for facetoface learner engagement and undergo a DBS check prior to employment.
    A personable and collaborative approach, able to work under pressure and commit to continuous professional development.
