Administer prescribed care tailored to the specific needs of assigned patients

Follow Company Medicines Management policies consistently
Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) with an active NMC PIN Registration.
Eagerness and drive to work within an Acute Service setting.
Interest in contributing to an established hospital environment, working alongside a collaborative and supportive Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), which offers clear pathways for patient care.
