Residential Services Manager - Basic £28k plus 10% bonus after 6 month probationary (31k)

  • 8pm 8am
  • 4 days on, 4 days off


High end property based in central Bristol require the support of a front of house person to deliver customer service for the tenants.

You will handle any queries that may include maintenance issues, visitors or health & safety checks and update the databaseaccordingly.


The building prides itself on a high standard so you will thrive on ensuring the residence is looking its best Carry out safety checks such as ensuring all as it should be and raise a query if repairs or safety equipment needs replacing.

There is a basic salary and 10% bonus after probationary period.
