Despite having one of the largest and most accomplished pan-European real estate offerings, not to mention a highly capable corporate M&A team, the London office of this global law firm lacks critical mass in dedicated corporate real estate/ PERE.
The firm is keen to correct this with a connected corporate lawyer, with an angle on real assets, who can undertake JV's M&A and perhaps a soupcon of RE funds matters.
