A luxury commercial property company, with a growing portfolio of serviced offices across Central London, are looking for an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to join it's growing team.


Based in their largest building in the heart of Mayfair, working in a team of two, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the building, creating strong relationships with all tenants.


You will ensure the management, security, and smooth running of the building, providing all corporate tenants and visitors to the building a 5* service and experience.


Responsibilities of the Corporate Receptionist:

  • To ensure the smooth running of the building, creating a 5star experience for all tenants and visitors
  • Greeting tenants daily upon arrival, creating a close and trusting working relationship
  • Welcoming all visitors directing them to the appropriate floor
  • Ensuring the building and front of house reception area are kept to a high standard and manned at all times
  • Performing regular checks and addressing any issues to ensure the building is always kept to a high standard
  • Reporting to operations any building issues or maintenance requests
  • Small event management

The successful Corporate Receptionist will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Receptionist role for a large commercial or residential building.
  • Experience with building security
  • Excellent time management skills and punctuality
  • A professional attitude and appearance, always going the extra mile to provide a 5star service
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
