At Hub-scale we're seeking an Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations and manage marketing efforts, including social media as we scale the business. This is a super important role for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations, office management and resource allocation.
• Manage marketing efforts, including social media management.
• Work with all suppliers.
• Manage finance & payroll.
• Manage all onboarding for new employees.
