    Internal Sales Administrator - Keighley BD20
    Salary £ plus full benefits package
    Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00 - non hybrid role - office based only

    On behalf of Our Client we are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator/Specialist for a full time role based within a fast paced engineering business.

    Internal Sales roles manage inbound communication from existing and brand new clients - this is an integral role as you may be the first point of contact for the business.

    You MUST have Internal Sales experience or outstanding Customer Services experience in a B2B environment to be considered.

    Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll work closely with customers and key internal stakeholders, providing excellent end-to-end Customer Service by offering commercial support to the consumable divisions of the company and beyond.

    Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers with the support of account managers and customer service

    • Visiting potential customers for new business alongside account managers
    • Conducting sales calls with potential and existing customers
    • Representing the business alongside commercial team at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
    • Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
    Conducting customer visits to audit inventory levels and providing reports internally
