    PMO Project Coordinator

    Hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-office work

    This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Project Coordinator looking to join a well-known company and contribute to a variety of projects within a growing PMO department.

    Working within the PMO team, you'll collaborate with colleagues from different areas of the business to ensure the successful completion of projects. The PMO is responsible for overseeing crucial aspects such as metrics, benchmarks, quality assurance, and documentation, aiming to provide guidance, support, and a structured approach for project teams.

    If you have a background in handling projects related to systems implementations, supplier management, website operations, and broader IT projects, this role is tailored for you.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinating Project Activities: Facilitating project tasks and assisting project leaders.
    • Liaising and Communicating: Interacting with project teams, internal departments, and external partners to ensure alignment with the project's objectives.
    • Monitoring Resources and Progress: Keeping track of project resources, procurement, progress updates, financial reporting, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
    • Tracking Detailed Project Plans: Monitoring the detailed project schedule, resource distribution, and budget management.
    • Preparing Reports: Compiling and generating necessary reports.
    • Escalating Blocking Issues: Promptly escalating any obstacles to the PMO Manager.
    • Maintaining Risk and Issues Logs: Monitoring risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
