    Maintenance Electrician

    London, W1H

    Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

    Salary - up to £48,000


    We have a new and exciting position working for a leading facilities management company as a Maintenance Electrician working out of a static facility in between Marylebone & Mayfair.

    This position is for a One Man Site and we require someone ideally with experience from a similar site that maintains the building whilst also having compliance and client facing experience

    In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex. This site is very reactive and we're looking for a pro-active engineer.

    Job specific responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician :
    Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
    Stepping in for the M&E Manager in their absence and sharing the workload of the site
    Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
    Supervising one engineer on site
    Arrangement of RAMS
    Managing the day to day schedules of the engineers
    Writing of PPM schedules
    Assisting with any engineering needs that may arise on site
    Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
    Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments

    Qualifications / Experience for a Maintenance Electrician:
    NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
    18th edition
    AM2 (desirable but not essential)
    Experienced in dealing with clients
    Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
