Due to their growth I am supporting an exciting business based in Purfleet to recruit a Credit Control Assistant.

This is a full-time and permanent role where you will be based in the offices for 3 days per week and work remotely for 2 days per week.

Reportinginto the Finance Manager you will ensure bad-debt is minimised and accounts are reconciled in-line with obtained monies during the sales process.


Client Details


The client are a business based in Purfleet who provide specialist transport services, due to their renewed growth they now require an interpersonal Cost Controller to join them for this permanent, full-time and hybrid working opportunity.


Description

  • Assist with the day to day processing ofpredeparture account payable including:
  • Daily posting of bank and credit card payments to appropriate bookings.
  • Compile and send weekly and monthly travel agent statements.
  • Collect payments through industry Direct Debit Schemes.
  • Document and resolve queries from consumers and travel agents.
  • Collect balance from unpaid onboard bills
  • Various adhoc reports and tasks as required.
