My IM client is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to provide advice and guidance to the business on regulatory matters.

Other responsibilities;

  • Compliance advisory on fund launches and existing funds
  • Lead implementations on upcoming regulatory developments
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Manage and assist with compliance policies and procedures across the business.
  • Lead governance committee meetings

SKILLS

  • Extensive compliance advisory experience within an Investment Management environment
  • Exposure to institutional compliance
  • Experience with UK regulations on funds
