    Description

    Job Description:

    • Eames is collaborating with a well-known global insurance company that operates in various insurance markets, seeking a Claims BI Lead to identify trends, establish and track KPIs, and develop advanced predictive models.

    This position offers a hybrid working arrangement based in London. You will have the flexibility to work remotely 2 – 3 days a week. The salary for this role is approximately £110,000, based on experience, supplemented by bonuses and benefits.

    • Contribute to shaping the data strategy for EMEA claims, overseeing strategic initiatives and data analysis, and supervising the automation and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and trend assessments.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of IT data resources, ensuring data accuracy, and cultivate enduring partnerships with Claims Handlers, IT, Data, actuarial teams, and other critical internal units.
    • Provide statistical insights to pinpoint areas for performance enhancement and deliver training on MI/BI tools and digital advancements.
    • Adhere to ethical and service norms, exhibit adaptability, embrace an agile mindset, teamwork ethos, lean & 6Sigma methods, and actively engage in self-education to stay informed.
    • Proficient in SQL, statistical modeling tools (e.g., R, Python), advanced Excel, Qlik Sense or Power BI through prior analytics roles.
    • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication abilities, transforming intricate data reports and statistics into high-level presentations, and elucidating their implications for strategic decisions.
    • Experience leveraging operational MI to meet business objectives and enhance performance; adept project management and organizational competencies, with a background in leading technical teams preferred.
