Japanese-speaking VTuber Talent Manager (Ref:MI44816)
An IT company in London is looking for a Japanese-speaking IP - Talent Manager.
You will be responsible for the management associated with running a VTuber business.
Understanding of Japanese culture and business level Japanese would be advantageous.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule management and coordination
- Preparation, recording and performance support for live shows (3D delivery live shows, real events, etc.).
- Support for the production of illustrations and other related works, including quality checks.
- Branding support
- Management of rights licensing in relation to activities.
- Contract management with labels in relation to artist activities.
- Analysis and planning proposals for YouTube channels.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Three years' experience working in a similar field
- Business level English and Japanese
- Experience as entertainment talent manager or project manager of IP development such as animation, games, etc.
- Experience scheduling and production management.
- Experience of managing a YouTube channel, game productions, and basic knowledge of live game distribution
- Able to respond promptly to all communications in all directions
- Able to provide support with a high level of hospitality
- Able to communicate and interact appropriately with people from all walks of life
